Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, manipulation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience using Python for data processing, analytics, and exploratory data analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and visualization best practices.
- Experience working with Databricks environments and modern data platforms.
- Solid analytical mindset with proven experience conducting exploratory and advanced data analysis.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working closely with stakeholders and translating business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Availability for occasional travel to Porto Alegre, RS.
- Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform advanced analytical studies using statistical methods, including clustering techniques, probability distributions, and other quantitative approaches.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, executive reports, and visualizations that support business decision-making.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business objectives.
- Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to understand requirements and ensure analytical solutions meet organizational needs.
- Manage and prioritize analytical demand pipelines, balancing multiple projects and stakeholder expectations.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, business-friendly presentations and recommendations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes, reporting standards, and performance measurement practices.
