Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related technical field.
- Strong experience with ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC, Data Quality, and TDM tools.
- Solid experience with relational databases such as Teradata, IBM DB2, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data processing and automation.
- Experience implementing data governance policies, standards, and frameworks in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex data pipelines.
- Knowledge of data quality, metadata, and MDM concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like CKAN, IBM Cloud Pak for Data, and Watson Knowledge Catalog is a plus.
- Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK and COBIT frameworks is considered a strong differential.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and evolve ETL/ELT pipelines for data integration, transformation, and orchestration.
- Build, test, troubleshoot, and migrate data workflows and mapping processes.
- Implement and support data governance initiatives ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
- Manage data quality, metadata, data cataloging, and master data management (MDM) initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency across business-critical environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify issues and optimize data pipeline performance.
- Support data security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
