Requirements

  • BS, MS, or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related quantitative field.
  • Real-world professional experience in data analysis, predictive modeling, or machine learning engineering.
  • Ability to solve complex statistical problems and interpret high-level data visualizations independently.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify logical fallacies in statistical reasoning.
  • Significant experience using LLMs with an understanding of model hallucinations and failure modes.
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
  • Advanced SQL skills for complex data extraction and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Matplotlib, or Seaborn.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Ability to explain complex mathematical concepts clearly.
  • Requirement to complete tasks that may necessitate one hour of uninterrupted work.

Responsibilities

  • Fact-check technical claims, mathematical proofs, and statistical formulas against authoritative references.
