- Strong experience in solution design, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept delivery, and RFx/tender management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex customer requirements into clear solutions.
- Solid business acumen and ability to connect technology capabilities to measurable customer value and outcomes.
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly understand and articulate complex software platforms.
- Fluency in German at native level and professional English is required.
- Based in Switzerland or the DACH region, with ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team.
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, self-driven working style.
- Curiosity and motivation to continuously develop expertise in e-mobility and enterprise SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- Act as the solutioning lead for strategic enterprise opportunities across the DACH region, aligning customer needs with platform capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership to shape account strategy and support end-to-end pre-sales cycles.
- Lead discovery sessions, solution design workshops, demonstrations, and Proof-of-Concept engagements with prospective clients.
- Own and manage RFx and tender processes, including structuring, writing, and coordinating high-quality bid responses.
- Build trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholders, acting as a credible advisor throughout the sales process.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and compelling solution narratives.
- Stay closely connected to market trends, industry developments, and competitive positioning in the e-mobility sector.
- Represent the organization at industry events and customer engagements across the region as needed.
