Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales roles within enterprise software or cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
- Experience with cloud security, identity, and data governance frameworks, including exposure to data security posture management concepts.
- Solid understanding of Azure services, APIs, and enterprise cloud architectures.
- Deep knowledge of backup, recovery, and data protection principles in distributed environments.
- Proven ability to run technical workshops, Proof of Concept engagements, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead technical advisor for enterprise pre-sales engagements, guiding opportunities through technical validation and customer alignment.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations focused on Microsoft workloads such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related cloud services.
- Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) environments to demonstrate solution effectiveness, scalability, and security.
- Partner with sales and product stakeholders to define customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data protection, backup architectures, cloud security, and identity-based workloads.
- Develop technical documentation, solution architectures, and best practices to support customer adoption and internal enablement.
- Act as the voice of the customer by capturing feedback and contributing insights to product and engineering teams.
- Support partner and internal training initiatives to strengthen technical understanding across sales and field teams.
- Travel as required (minimum approximately 30%) to support customer engagements and strategic opportunities.
