Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales roles within enterprise software or cloud environments.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID.
  • Experience with cloud security, identity, and data governance frameworks, including exposure to data security posture management concepts.
  • Solid understanding of Azure services, APIs, and enterprise cloud architectures.
  • Deep knowledge of backup, recovery, and data protection principles in distributed environments.
  • Proven ability to run technical workshops, Proof of Concept engagements, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead technical advisor for enterprise pre-sales engagements, guiding opportunities through technical validation and customer alignment.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations focused on Microsoft workloads such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and related cloud services.
  • Design and execute Proof of Concept (PoC) environments to demonstrate solution effectiveness, scalability, and security.
  • Partner with sales and product stakeholders to define customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on data protection, backup architectures, cloud security, and identity-based workloads.
  • Develop technical documentation, solution architectures, and best practices to support customer adoption and internal enablement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by capturing feedback and contributing insights to product and engineering teams.
  • Support partner and internal training initiatives to strengthen technical understanding across sales and field teams.
  • Travel as required (minimum approximately 30%) to support customer engagements and strategic opportunities.
