Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing consulting or professional services roles focused on digital commerce solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, or Magento.
- Proven track record in solution architecture, end-to-end project delivery, and client-facing technical leadership.
- Strong MuleSoft integration experience and solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including RFPs, demos, and solution presentations.
- Strong documentation skills, particularly in architecture and integration design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with distributed or global development teams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and adaptability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of complex Salesforce-based digital commerce architectures for enterprise clients.
- Act as a technical authority guiding architectural decisions, governance, and best practices.
- Support pre-sales and sales teams by defining solution approaches and contributing to proposals.
- Design and deliver proof-of-concept solutions, prototypes, and technical walkthroughs.
- Lead client workshops to define business requirements, constraints, and timelines.
- Oversee solution implementation efforts, including migrations and system integrations.
- Collaborate with distributed engineering teams to ensure alignment across delivery and architecture functions.
