Requirements
- 5+ years of NetSuite administration experience in a production environment.
- Strong functional understanding of finance processes (GL, multi-currency, taxation, revenue flows).
- 2+ years of experience with iPaaS tools, preferably Workato or similar platforms.
- Experience integrating ERP with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Exposure to billing and accounting platforms such as Chargebee, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, system workflows, and data integration principles.
- Ability to design workflows using SuiteFlow, custom fields, and NetSuite configuration tools.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Saved Searches, SuiteAnalytics, or dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple system dependencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in system lifecycle management, including testing and release coordination.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end NetSuite administration including configuration, customization, and system optimization.
- Translate business and finance requirements into scalable ERP configurations and workflows.
- Design and maintain SuiteFlow automations, saved searches, dashboards, and financial reports.
- Oversee NetSuite release management, sandbox testing, and system upgrades.
- Build and maintain integration workflows using Workato across ERP, CRM, and finance platforms.
- Enable real-time data synchronization between NetSuite, Salesforce/HubSpot, Chargebee, Xero, and QuickBooks.
- Automate financial workflows including billing sync, invoicing, and ledger reconciliation.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and reconciliation across integrated systems.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize end-to-end business processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and automation maturity.
