Job Details

5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with strong hands-on expertise in CPQ and PSA environments.
Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud data model, quote-to-cash processes, and subscription management logic.
Strong experience with Certinia PSA configuration, including project management, billing engines, and resource planning.
Understanding of integrations across enterprise systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and middleware tools like Workato.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
Experience working with pricing strategies, financial data structures, and revenue recognition concepts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Own and manage Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud Advanced architecture, including product catalog structures, bundles, pricing rules, and quote configurations.
Design and maintain advanced pricing models such as tiered pricing, discounts, contract pricing, and subscription lifecycle automation including renewals and amendments.
Develop and optimize guided selling experiences and dynamic quote templates to improve sales efficiency and accuracy.
Administer Certinia PSA modules, including project setup, resource management, time tracking, billing, and revenue recognition processes.
Ensure data integrity across financial and operational systems, including multicurrency handling and cross-object mappings.
Support integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and Workato, ensuring accurate quote-to-order and billing data flows.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track revenue performance, subscription metrics, and services utilization.
