Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience working with cloud computing environments, infrastructure operations, or managed cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) or comparable cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of cloud architecture, systems integration, database administration, network security, and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency with SQL database administration, migration, restoration, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Salesforce, SAP, Jira, Confluence, and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP certification is preferred.
  • AWS or equivalent cloud-related certifications are highly valued.
  • Prior experience supporting healthcare technology platforms or EHR systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for hosted clients during implementation, migration, and cloud service delivery activities.
  • Coordinate closely with internal technical teams and stakeholders to facilitate deployments, transitions, and operational readiness.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure, network, server, storage, and system-related issues.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure including servers, storage, backups, and database environments.
  • Manage SQL database migrations, restorations, and configurations.
  • Support disaster recovery planning, testing, validation, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
  • Ensure smooth project handoffs to customer success and operational support teams.
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
