Requirements
- 14+ years of experience leading/managing Oracle Cloud projects (HCM/ERP/SCM).
- Managed at least 3+ ERP/HCM end-to-end implementations in the Oracle Cloud space.
- Deep understanding of E2E Implementation Cycles and risk-free delivery.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan (MPP) for project execution planning.
- Experience managing Test Cycles and Cutover processes using JIRA or HP ALM.
- Experience in project governance, establishing RACI, escalation paths, and Change Management processes.
- Skilled in creating and tracking project budgets, plans, and schedules.
- PMP certification is considered an added advantage.
- Expertise in Agile Methodology/JIRA is preferred.
- Knowledge of project forecasting and revenue/time tracking tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and coordinate Oracle system implementation projects.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including functional, technical, OCM, and business units.
- Report project status to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and change requests.
- Develop comprehensive project execution plans using MPP.
- Manage test cycles and cutover processes using JIRA or HP ALM.
- Establish project governance including RACI matrices, escalation paths, and change management processes.
- Create and track budgets, plans, and schedules to monitor project performance.
