Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership roles
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth
- Strong understanding of advertising, sponsorships, branded content, or media-based revenue models
- Experience building or scaling B2B sales processes, pipelines, and CRM systems
- Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working with performance data and forecasts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong pitching and storytelling ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, editorial, and marketing teams
- Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from scratch in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for gaming, digital media, or pop culture is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closing, and account management
- Develop and sell advertising, sponsorship, and branded content solutions across digital and print platforms
- Design and package new B2B offerings such as group subscriptions, custom partnerships, and integrated media solutions
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities across gaming, entertainment, technology, and adjacent industries
- Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and creative teams to design and execute partner campaigns and special projects
- Build CRM systems, sales workflows, and pipeline tracking processes to ensure forecasting accuracy and performance visibility
- Optimize outbound and inbound sales processes using modern prospecting and outreach tools
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team as the function scales
- Continuously test and refine pricing, positioning, and packaging strategies based on market feedback and performance data
