Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or identity-focused technology leadership roles.
- 3+ years of experience in VP, GM, or equivalent senior leadership roles with P&L or business ownership responsibilities.
- Strong expertise in enterprise security domains such as IAM, PAM, machine identity, workload security, or zero trust architectures.
- Proven ability to define product strategy and translate market signals into scalable commercial and technical execution plans.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving ARR growth, retention, expansion, and pipeline performance.
- Deep understanding of enterprise buyers including developers, platform engineers, DevSecOps teams, and security executives.
- Experience operating in complex, matrixed environments requiring influence without direct authority.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical and commercial concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
- Strong leadership presence with experience engaging customers, partners, and internal executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end business performance of the Workload portfolio, including ARR growth, retention, expansion, and overall P&L accountability.
- Define and execute the multi-quarter strategy and roadmap for workload security solutions, including machine identity, secrets management, and non-human identity use cases.
- Translate market demand and customer needs into prioritized product and investment decisions aligned with revenue and differentiation goals.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure cohesive execution of strategy.
- Develop and own the market narrative and positioning for workload security solutions, ensuring strong differentiation in a competitive cybersecurity landscape.
- Support strategic enterprise deals, customer engagements, advisory boards, and executive-level conversations to drive adoption and expansion.
- Oversee pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy to optimize growth, profitability, and market penetration.
- Lead and influence teams across a matrixed organization, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and execution discipline.
