Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS environment.
- Hands-on experience administering business systems and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
- Proven experience building workflows, automations, and scalable operational processes.
- Advanced analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.
- Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, health scoring, or digital customer success programs is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Customer Success platforms, workflows, and integrations.
- Maintain data governance, system integrity, and user permissions while coordinating with vendors.
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for customer health, retention, and operational performance.
- Automate recurring reporting and lifecycle processes to drive efficiency.
- Standardize Customer Success processes, playbooks, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to scale system solutions.
- Support the implementation of new tools, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
