Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering business systems and CRM platforms like Salesforce.
  • Proven experience building workflows, automations, and scalable operational processes.
  • Advanced analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured, scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, health scoring, or digital customer success programs is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Customer Success platforms, workflows, and integrations.
  • Maintain data governance, system integrity, and user permissions while coordinating with vendors.
  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for customer health, retention, and operational performance.
  • Automate recurring reporting and lifecycle processes to drive efficiency.
  • Standardize Customer Success processes, playbooks, and operational best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and RevOps to scale system solutions.
  • Support the implementation of new tools, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
