Requirements

  • Established Independent Sales Rep or Agency with an active West Coast retail network
  • Strong background in apparel, lifestyle, outdoor, or sustainable consumer goods sales
  • Existing relationships with specialty, boutique, and premium retail accounts
  • Proven ability to manage wholesale accounts, including ordering, forecasting, and retail math
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a multi-state territory independently
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high levels of accountability and self-direction
  • Comfortable representing a mission-driven, sustainability-focused brand in the field

Responsibilities

  • Build, expand, and manage wholesale accounts across the Western U.S. territory
  • Identify and develop new retail partnerships within lifestyle, outdoor, specialty, and coastal store channels
  • Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with retail partners, including order management, updates, and sell-through tracking
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align on seasonal strategies and execution
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, market appointments, and retail activations
  • Travel regularly across the assigned territory (approximately 40–50%) to support accounts and drive sales performance
