Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in sales, inside sales, account management, marketing, or commercial roles.
  • Background in commercial, dental, medical, or healthcare-related training or professional experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in virtual, digital, or remote sales environments.
  • Experience handling customer inquiries, objections, and complaint resolution in a consultative manner.
  • Strong interest in technical or medical products with the ability to understand product value and application.
  • Native or near-native Spanish is required.
  • Good English proficiency is essential.
  • Italian language proficiency is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX) is an advantage.
  • Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative virtual sales conversations with existing customers, prospects, and newly acquired accounts to generate demand and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage customer inquiries, orders, and service requests efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Use CRM systems (such as Salesforce) to document customer interactions, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Support targeted sales campaigns, lead generation activities, and virtual promotional initiatives in collaboration with field sales teams.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across consumables, accessories, and related product portfolios.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored quotations that highlight both technical value and commercial benefits.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Provide high-quality after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship development.
