Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in inside sales or full-cycle closing roles.
  • Proven success in short sales cycles and one-call-close or fast-moving sales environments.
  • Strong ability to prospect at scale, handle objections, and confidently close deals.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Close.com, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and professional style.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Coachable mindset with a strong desire to improve, compete, and grow quickly in a performance-based culture.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting (150+ calls per day) to identify and engage insurance decision-makers such as agency owners and sales leaders.
  • Manage the complete sales process including discovery, solution presentation, objection handling, negotiation, and closing recurring subscription deals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline while ensuring accurate CRM tracking, follow-ups, and activity reporting.
  • Leverage phone, email, and messaging channels to create urgency and move prospects efficiently through the funnel.
  • Consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets while maintaining a structured, metrics-driven approach.
  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
