Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales or closing role preferred).
- Experience working in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments.
- Comfortable working in a high-activity environment requiring 150+ calls per day.
- Strong proficiency in sales discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.com.
- Clear, confident, persuasive, and professional communication skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Competitive mindset with a focus on personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Prospect daily through 150+ outbound calls per day.
- Identify and engage decision-makers including owners, agency leaders, and sales managers.
- Execute full-cycle sales process including rapport building, discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
- Sell subscription-based, real-time lead programs.
- Build pipelines, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Use email, phone, and messaging to drive urgency and next steps.
- Track activity and performance metrics to consistently hit sales targets.
- Participate in training, coaching, and call reviews for continuous improvement.
