Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (inside sales or closing role preferred).
  • Experience working in short sales cycles and one-call-close environments.
  • Comfortable working in a high-activity environment requiring 150+ calls per day.
  • Strong proficiency in sales discovery, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Proficiency with CRM software such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close.com.
  • Clear, confident, persuasive, and professional communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Competitive mindset with a focus on personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect daily through 150+ outbound calls per day.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers including owners, agency leaders, and sales managers.
  • Execute full-cycle sales process including rapport building, discovery, pitching, objection handling, and closing.
  • Sell subscription-based, real-time lead programs.
  • Build pipelines, manage follow-ups, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
  • Use email, phone, and messaging to drive urgency and next steps.
  • Track activity and performance metrics to consistently hit sales targets.
  • Participate in training, coaching, and call reviews for continuous improvement.
