- Strong experience leading agile software development teams and managing full product development lifecycles.
- Proven ability to define, manage, and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, and delivery execution in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset for tracking delivery performance and outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, cross-cultural teams in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with success in setting expectations and managing delivery governance.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Experience in consulting environments and hiring or mentoring team members is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage globally distributed product development teams to deliver high-quality digital products aligned with client business outcomes.
- Oversee account governance, ensuring delivery performance, KPI tracking, and proactive management of risks and escalations.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and recurring alignment sessions, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Translate client objectives into actionable product backlogs in collaboration with product managers and technical teams.
- Ensure consistent delivery excellence by monitoring team performance, quality standards, and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for delivery health, including approvals for team processes such as timesheets and PTO.
- Collaborate with sales and solution teams to support client engagements, staffing strategies, and technical solution design.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery methodologies, team performance, and client satisfaction.
