- Thorough understanding of project planning, resourcing, and delivery.
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of influencing and setting expectations with technical and business stakeholders.
- Data-minded and methodical approach to delivery accountability.
- 3 years of relevant product leadership experience with a record of successfully launching products.
- 3 years of managerial experience in the delivery of agile products.
- 1 year of consulting experience in a professional services or internal consultancy firm.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Build high-performing account teams and drive product excellence aligned to client business outcomes.
- Manage client issues and escalations using an established account governance framework.
- Lead agile ceremonies and recurring alignment sessions with the product team and clients.
- Manage project performance, team processes, and accountability within global teams.
- Consult on technical needs and lead ramp-up activities for assigned client engagements.
- Support technical staffing needs and showcase successful outcomes to Product Development leaders.
