Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Hands-on engineering background or direct PM ownership of developer experience/platform products.
- Ability to read code and engage with technical architecture documentation.
- Direct familiarity with CI/CD, build pipelines, and observability platforms.
- Fluency in developer productivity metrics like DORA and cycle time.
- Experience with AI and agentic systems in developer workflows.
- Strong written communication skills for technical subjects.
Responsibilities
- Translate engineering team needs into a clear, prioritized roadmap.
- Track and report on developer experience health metrics.
- Partner with engineers and stakeholders to improve CI/CD, build systems, and observability.
- Write crisp specs and requirements with explicit success criteria.
- Evaluate and integrate AI and agentic tooling into developer workflows.
- Communicate platform health, progress, and tradeoffs to leadership.
- Maintain tight feedback loops with engineering teams.
