Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or care management environments with exposure to program design and cost-of-care initiatives.
- 2+ years of experience working directly with analytics, data, or product teams in a delivery or program leadership capacity.
- Strong project leadership experience with the ability to manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Access) and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, value-based care models, and data-driven program evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with analytics and product teams to design, develop, and maintain performance dashboards, including KPI definition, metric validation, QA processes, and sprint planning support.
- Lead the development and execution of program specifications, including budgeting, forecasting, staffing models, data analysis, and technology integration requirements.
- Track progress against strategic care integration roadmaps and ensure alignment with organizational goals and value-based care initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical, data, and technology stakeholders to support program implementation, adoption, and continuous optimization of care delivery strategies.
- Manage special projects and operational initiatives assigned by leadership, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities across programs and support data-driven recommendations for improvement.
