Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of work experience.
- Strong passion for building and supporting student entrepreneurship.
- Ability to thrive in an environment where extremely high performance is expected.
- Excellent communication skills for daily interaction via email, text, and calls.
- Capability to manage program operations and maintain trainee schedules.
- Ability to provide structured feedback and make performance-based evaluations.
- Commitment to challenging existing processes and encouraging logical experimentation.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST).
Responsibilities
- Communicate with Campus Manager Trainees daily via email, text, and calls to provide guidance, support, and timely updates.
- Manage the day-to-day operations required to run the Campus Manager training program successfully.
- Mentor Campus Manager Trainees in building an entrepreneurial mindset and support them in launching and growing their business on campus.
- Evaluate trainee performance, draft structured feedback, and make graduation decisions while maintaining the right balance between program quality and trainee volume.
