Requirements

  • Proven experience in Project Management, Product Management, Operations Management, or a similar leadership role within EdTech, e-learning, SaaS, or related industries.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building, managing, and scaling remote or distributed teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to contribute to long-term growth initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and willingness to take ownership of operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make informed decisions to improve operational effectiveness.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
  • Experience in workforce development, vocational education, training programs, or trade-related industries is considered an advantage.
  • Bilingual communication skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of a virtual learning platform, ensuring a high-quality educational experience for students.
  • Oversee the delivery of multiple training programs, coordinating resources, instructors, and support functions to maintain operational excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies for international growth, including multilingual content expansion and broader market accessibility.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and high performance across remote environments.
  • Drive student acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth through process optimization and innovative initiatives.
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement scalable processes and operational frameworks that support sustainable growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to align educational initiatives with broader business objectives and long-term strategic goals.
  • Identify new opportunities for product enhancement, market expansion, and organizational development.
