Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technology project or program management.
- 3–5 years of experience focused on AI, ML, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in global and multi-vendor environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data workflows, model lifecycle, and deployment processes.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies, and executive reporting in enterprise environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate technical complexity into business-friendly communication.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, distributed, and cross-functional global environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or cloud/AI-related certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment and smooth execution of AI initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, AI engineers, solution architects, product owners, and third-party partners.
- Track project performance using KPIs, dashboards, and structured reporting to ensure transparency and delivery accountability.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and delivery bottlenecks while ensuring timely escalation when needed.
- Coordinate vendor engagements, including scope alignment, delivery oversight, performance evaluation, and contract adherence.
- Support release planning, deployment coordination, and integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems.
- Facilitate governance processes, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives across AI programs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and ethical AI standards in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Prepare and present executive-level updates, business cases, and post-implementation reviews to senior leadership.
