Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of recruitment experience across technical, consulting, sales, or operational functions.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, talent mapping, and modern recruitment technologies.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions through data.
  • Excellent candidate management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging clients and leadership.
  • Experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, Workable, Greenhouse, or similar.
  • Commercial mindset with ability to balance hiring quality, speed, and business priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
  • English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment processes across the UK and support hiring initiatives in LATAM and other regions.
  • Source, engage, and assess talent across Technology, Consulting, Sales, and Operations functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, recruitment strategies, and talent approaches.
  • Build and maintain candidate relationships, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout the lifecycle.
  • Present candidates to hiring managers with clear assessments, market insights, and recommendations.
  • Provide data-driven insights on talent trends and hiring performance to support decision-making.
  • Support talent augmentation and client hiring requirements in collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
