Requirements
- 1.5+ years of full-cycle IT recruiting experience
- Experience filling technical positions like DevOps, AI/ML, and Software Engineers
- Expertise in sourcing techniques: Boolean Search, X-Ray, etc.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Technical screening capability (nice to have)
- Experience with US-based clients or international teams (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to final selection
- Identify and attract talent for diverse technical roles including Software, QA, DevOps, and Data Engineers
- Work directly with top-management including CEO, CTO, and COO on hiring needs
- Maintain candidate pipelines, feedback loops, and ATS documentation
- Conduct sourcing using advanced search techniques and tools
- Manage multiple concurrent searches and adapt to shifting priorities
