Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in an enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales role.
- Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing 25+ accounts.
- Consistent history of attaining or exceeding annual quotas.
- Ability to assess client environments from business process, organizational, and technological perspectives.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor by building relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
- Maintain and grow revenue streams through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling D&B solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end process for deal negotiation, contracting, and internal approvals.
- Perform account planning and collaborate with internal teams for strategic alignment.
- Prospect and develop a sales pipeline to meet or exceed annual objectives.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to support forecasting and territory management.
- Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to improve retention and execute win-back campaigns.
