Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in an enterprise-level SaaS, consulting, or services sales role.
  • Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing 25+ accounts.
  • Consistent history of attaining or exceeding annual quotas.
  • Ability to assess client environments from business process, organizational, and technological perspectives.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel onsite to customers at least 40% of the time.
  • Ability to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by building relationships with an established portfolio of clients.
  • Maintain and grow revenue streams through renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling D&B solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end process for deal negotiation, contracting, and internal approvals.
  • Perform account planning and collaborate with internal teams for strategic alignment.
  • Prospect and develop a sales pipeline to meet or exceed annual objectives.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce to support forecasting and territory management.
  • Collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to improve retention and execute win-back campaigns.
