Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active state-specific insurance license required.
- 1–5+ years of experience in insurance, account management, brokerage, or a related advisory role preferred.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, ideally within professional liability, cyber, or commercial lines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong client-facing professionalism.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quotes, coverage structures, and financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Support producers and senior account executives in managing new business and renewal submissions for Professional & Cyber Solutions clients.
- Own day-to-day client service responsibilities for a dedicated book of business, ensuring responsiveness and high-quality execution.
- Prepare and submit insurance placements to carriers, analyze quotes, and build clear comparisons for client decision-making.
- Assist in structuring and optimizing layered insurance programs based on client needs and risk profiles.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and carrier partners, staying informed on market trends, product updates, and underwriting changes.
- Participate in client and prospect meetings, including renewal presentations and new business pitches when required.
- Collaborate with analytics partners to incorporate cyber risk intelligence and limit recommendations into client solutions.
- Review policy documentation for accuracy and coordinate corrections with carriers as needed.
- Conduct financial and claims data analysis to support program design and risk evaluation.
- Assist in vendor contract reviews to ensure appropriate insurance requirements are met.
