Requirements

- Strong understanding of core insurance operations including claims, underwriting, policy administration, or compliance.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder delivery engagements and project governance.
- Experience defining and tracking post-implementation value metrics like ROI and throughput gains.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior insurance leadership.
- Analytical and logical aptitude to learn software integrations and automation platforms.
- Ability to navigate complex legacy IT landscapes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in corporate environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution and governance for complex, high-value AI implementation programs from scoping to deployment.
- Partner with sales and customer success teams to manage account health, mitigate churn, and secure multi-year renewals.
- Define and report on business value metrics like ROI and cost reduction to drive platform adoption.
- Establish and lead Quarterly and Executive Business Reviews with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
- Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Synthesize and champion product feedback to steer the internal roadmap.
- Mentor mid-level and associate team members on delivery best practices.
- Navigate complex enterprise politics and manage technical or operational risks.
