Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts.
- Strong background in outsourcing and commercial contracting.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex, high-value agreements and direct client interaction.
- LL.M. from a U.S. institution or US bar eligibility strongly preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Deep interest in AI, innovation, and the future of legal services.
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, remote-first environment.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of a high-volume pipeline of commercial agreements, including NDAs, master services agreements, vendor arrangements, and technology transactions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure the strategic application of legal playbooks and agentic workflows, navigating cross-border commercial considerations.
- Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions, identifying inefficiencies and deploying scalable solutions.
- Identify and mitigate confidentiality and commercial risks, spotting non-standard terms and escalating complex issues.
- Collaborate with internal deal teams and stakeholders to ensure rapid contract turnaround and alignment on negotiation strategy.
- Manage a high-volume workflow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with exceptional accuracy.
