Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in commercial contracts.
- Strong background in outsourcing and commercial contracting.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating complex, high-value agreements and direct client interaction.
- LL.M. from a U.S. institution or US bar eligibility strongly preferred.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to operate independently in a lean, remote-first environment.
- Genuinely strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Deep interest in AI, innovation, and the future of legal services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of a high-volume pipeline of commercial agreements including NDAs, master services agreements, vendor arrangements, and technology transactions.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure the strategic application of legal playbooks and agentic workflows.
- Drive AI-powered process automation across legal and operational functions.
- Identify and mitigate confidentiality and commercial risks within standard transactions.
- Collaborate with internal deal teams and stakeholders to ensure rapid contract turnaround and alignment on negotiation strategy.
- Manage a demanding, high-volume workflow in a fast-paced environment.
