Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing learning programs and partnering with business leaders to address organizational capability needs.
  • Strong background in leadership and management development program design and delivery.
  • Experience managing the full learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, instructional design, development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies.
  • Change management certification or formal training in change management practices.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Workday Learning.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience leading or mentoring teams is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational learning needs, identify skill gaps, and develop scalable learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs, including leadership development, management training, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
  • Oversee compliance training and mandatory learning programs in collaboration with legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the organization's learning management system (LMS), ensuring effective administration, reporting, user engagement, and program delivery.
  • Develop communication and engagement strategies to increase participation, awareness, and adoption of learning initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and operational rhythms for learning programs and projects.
  • Monitor learning outcomes, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
