Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing learning programs and partnering with business leaders to address organizational capability needs.
- Strong background in leadership and management development program design and delivery.
- Experience managing the full learning lifecycle, including needs assessment, instructional design, development, facilitation, implementation, and evaluation.
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning methodologies.
- Change management certification or formal training in change management practices.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Workday Learning.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience leading or mentoring teams is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational learning needs, identify skill gaps, and develop scalable learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development programs, including leadership development, management training, and enterprise-wide learning initiatives.
- Oversee compliance training and mandatory learning programs in collaboration with legal, compliance, and other internal stakeholders.
- Manage the organization's learning management system (LMS), ensuring effective administration, reporting, user engagement, and program delivery.
- Develop communication and engagement strategies to increase participation, awareness, and adoption of learning initiatives.
- Establish governance frameworks, prioritization processes, and operational rhythms for learning programs and projects.
- Monitor learning outcomes, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
