Requirements
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in classification, attribution, mapping, or data-processing roles.
- Ability to comprehend and apply SOPs independently and identify gaps.
- Sound judgment in distinguishing true defects from defensible calls.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Constructive feedback style and maturity to coach peers respectfully.
- Advanced proficiency with G-Suite, Looker Studio, and project-management tools (e.g., Jira).
- Proficiency in analytical methodologies such as 5-Why analysis and Pareto Analysis.
- Technical ability to use proprietary platforms for ad classification and product record management.
- Ability to mine data from dashboards, build basic reports, and perform data analysis.
- Familiarity with AI and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Prior exposure to quality auditing, calibration, or RCA (preferred).
- Familiarity with continuous-improvement methods like Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Perform daily quality audits against relevant SOPs for classification, attribution, and mapping workflows.
- Identify and document anomalies, SOP defects, and process gaps, distinguishing between genuine errors and acceptable judgment calls.
- Track process SLAs and turnaround commitments, ensuring queues are closed on time and escalating slippage.
- Investigate client-raised troubleshooting requests and drive them to resolution across data, process, or model domains.
- Conduct root cause analysis to reduce recurring defects and propose practical solutions for process or system improvements.
- Participate in and facilitate calibration sessions to maintain consistent audit scoring.
- Provide clear, specific, and respectful feedback to associates based on audit observations.
- Audit AI-assisted and human-in-the-loop outputs to ensure model reliability and contribute feedback for ML model accuracy.
