Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a product analyst, data analyst, business analyst, or associate PM role.
- Strong SQL proficiency with experience writing complex queries against data warehouses.
- Working knowledge of data infrastructure concepts like data pipelines, APIs, and BI tools.
- Familiarity with cloud and microservices environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Clear written communication skills for summarizing technical findings.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related analytical field.
Responsibilities
- Own the collection, analysis, and reporting of key platform metrics including system uptime, API latency, and data quality scores.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track platform health and adoption trends across internal consumers.
- Support the PM in writing and maintaining PRDs, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from internal platform consumers to identify friction points and unmet needs.
- Monitor data pipeline health and flag issues across ingestion, transformation, and delivery layers.
- Track sprint progress, manage the product backlog, and assist in preparing roadmap and executive presentations.
