Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or AI-related roles
- Strong Python skills and solid software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
- Experience building and deploying ML systems in production environments
- Good understanding of machine learning lifecycle and model optimization
- Practical experience with Computer Vision and OpenCV
- Experience with GPU-accelerated inference workflows (TensorRT, CUDA)
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized ML deployment workflows
- Strong communication skills and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish C1+, English B2+)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions for real-world applications
- Work on AI-driven features involving Computer Vision and LLM-based workflows
- Build and optimize ML inference pipelines for scalability and performance
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to shape technical solutions
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
- Improve model serving, monitoring, and deployment processes
- Work with image/video processing pipelines and production ML systems
- Support experimentation, prototyping, and continuous improvement of AI capabilities
