Requirements
- Master's or PhD in AI, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, or equivalent industry experience.
- History of publication at conferences or journals (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR).
- Proficiency in Python.
- Value scientific rigour, reproducibility, and high-quality software.
- Passion for computer vision and solving user-valued problems.
- Pragmatic approach to utility in practice.
- Expertise in PyTorch (preferred).
- Experience with model optimization for edge hardware (preferred).
- Experience with training models on distributed infrastructure (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Develop novel machine learning methods to contribute to the research agenda.
- Identify areas for innovation and create novel approaches to computer vision problems.
- Write papers aimed at top conferences (e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICLR).
- Translate research methods into production systems running at scale.
- Collaborate with the team to improve model generalization across the user base.
