Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience within a banking or financial services environment.
- Good understanding of collateral management and securities financing (repo or related activities).
- Exposure to liquidity risk concepts and regulatory frameworks, particularly LCR and NSFR.
- Experience working on Treasury or Risk change initiatives.
- Ability to work across BAU and change environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology teams.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum or similar).
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Exposure to collateral optimisation or mobilisation processes.
- Understanding of Treasury funding and liquidity management concepts.
- Experience within large or global banking organisations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support business analysis activities across Treasury and Collateral Management change initiatives.
- Gather, define, and document business and functional requirements across securities financing and liquidity processes.
- Support enhancements to collateral management and securities financing BAU processes.
- Work with stakeholders to improve collateral optimisation and mobilisation workflows.
- Support change impacting liquidity risk metrics and reporting, including LCR and NSFR.
- Collaborate with Treasury, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Translate regulatory and business needs into clear requirements for delivery teams.
- Support Agile delivery processes including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and testing support.
- Assist in governance reporting, documentation, and updates for senior stakeholders.
