Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or account executive role.
- Experience in SaaS or health-tech industry.
- Proven ability to lead technical scoping calls and architect integration solutions independently.
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, X12).
- Familiarity with the EHR landscape (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and authentication protocols (OAuth, TLS).
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
- Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SalesForce, Gong, and Slack.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise prospects.
- Conduct deep-dive technical discovery to understand a prospect's data environment and EHR footprint.
- Independently scope and design technical solutions and integration workflows.
- Create and present technical demonstrations and architectural diagrams.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback.
- Negotiate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Manage and track sales activities and technical documentation in Salesforce.
- Ensure a seamless transition from closed-won to implementation.
