Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales, solutions engineering, or account executive role.
  • Experience in SaaS or health-tech industry.
  • Proven ability to lead technical scoping calls and architect integration solutions independently.
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, FHIR, CDA, X12).
  • Familiarity with the EHR landscape (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
  • Technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and authentication protocols (OAuth, TLS).
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Exceptional presentation and whiteboarding skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce, Gong, and Slack.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise prospects.
  • Conduct deep-dive technical discovery to understand a prospect's data environment and EHR footprint.
  • Independently scope and design technical solutions and integration workflows.
  • Create and present technical demonstrations and architectural diagrams.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of prospects.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback.
  • Negotiate with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Manage and track sales activities and technical documentation in Salesforce.
  • Ensure a seamless transition from closed-won to implementation.
