Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial technology, or cybersecurity sales.
  • Proven track record of independently generating pipeline and exceeding quota.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex sales cycles with multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 1000 organizations or large industrial enterprises preferred.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions including software platforms, operational technology, or industrial automation.
  • Executive-level communication skills to engage VP, SVP, and C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience closing high-value enterprise transactions ($500K to $1M+ ARR).
  • Familiarity with sales technologies such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, 6sense, or Gong.
  • AI literacy and willingness to leverage AI tools for sales effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a strategic territory plan designed to penetrate and expand enterprise-level accounts.
  • Generate and develop qualified sales opportunities through prospecting, cold outreach, and account-based strategies.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to maximize pipeline creation.
  • Build comprehensive account plans and drive multi-threaded engagement across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and closing.
  • Lead value-based conversations focused on operational resilience, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and detailed records within CRM systems.
