Requirements
- Must be available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace including Docs, Sheets, and Drive.
- Reliable and responsive during required working hours.
- Basic experience with email marketing platforms (preferred).
- Basic copywriting experience (preferred).
- Exposure to Meta ads (preferred).
- Experience working with video editors or creative teams (preferred).
- Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design social media graphics and short-form content using Canva or similar tools.
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist with creating, editing, and deploying email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
- Conduct research on content ideas, market trends, competitors, and potential tools.
- Organize and upload ad creatives for Meta advertising campaigns.
- Upload, format, and publish blog posts on the company website.
- Coordinate with video editors and vendors to track deadlines and project status.
- Organize marketing files, calendars, and workflows.
