Requirements
- 3-7 years of digital advertising or performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable performance goals.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
- Experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and locations.
- Build, launch, and optimize various campaign types including Search, Performance Max, and Display.
- Monitor performance metrics such as leads, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
- Maintain conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution systems.
- Partner with operations and marketing leadership to evaluate lead quality.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets.
- Document and improve marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
