Requirements

  • 3-7 years of digital advertising or performance marketing experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Experience managing lead generation campaigns with measurable performance goals.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and bidding strategies.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Perplexity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns across multiple brands and locations.
  • Build, launch, and optimize various campaign types including Search, Performance Max, and Display.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as leads, cost per lead, and return on ad spend.
  • Maintain conversion tracking, call tracking, and marketing attribution systems.
  • Partner with operations and marketing leadership to evaluate lead quality.
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, ad copy, and creative assets.
  • Document and improve marketing processes, workflows, and best practices.
