Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics within B2B SaaS.
  • Advanced expertise in HubSpot reporting.
  • Advanced expertise in Salesforce reporting.
  • Experience designing and managing attribution models and campaign tracking frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and governance.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) experience (required).
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, SuperMetrics or similar) is preferred.
  • Experience with data warehouse environments and advanced SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary owner of GTM reporting for the marketing organization by designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and reports.
  • Develop and manage standardized campaign performance reports covering metrics like CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Establish and enforce a consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence.
  • Partner with lifecycle and Demand Generation teams to identify funnel bottlenecks and model impact.
  • Deliver actionable insights and prioritized recommendations rather than simple observations.
  • Monitor data to identify emerging trends, seasonal patterns, and pipeline health indicators.
  • Proactively present data-backed hypotheses to the business to challenge assumptions or reveal opportunities.
  • Own and evolve the company's marketing attribution framework.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure data flow between campaign execution, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Evaluate BI integrations and reporting tools to improve scalability and automation.
