Requirements
- 4+ years of direct Software Sales experience.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Experience selling Business Management or solution-based offerings requiring executive alignment.
- Ability to manage high-velocity, high-complexity deals in a mid-market environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to generate, nurture, and convert new business leads.
- Demonstrable history of above-target performance, preferably in a startup environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
- Present and demonstrate Business Management solutions to prospective clients.
- Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor offerings.
- Analyze data to identify trends and maintain an accurate contact database.
- Handle negotiations and resolve customer complaints.
