Requirements

  • 4+ years of direct Software Sales experience.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Experience selling Business Management or solution-based offerings requiring executive alignment.
  • Ability to manage high-velocity, high-complexity deals in a mid-market environment.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint).
  • Proven ability to generate, nurture, and convert new business leads.
  • Demonstrable history of above-target performance, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.
  • Goal-oriented, competitive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed quotas.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Present and demonstrate Business Management solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor offerings.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and maintain an accurate contact database.
  • Handle negotiations and resolve customer complaints.
