Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, third-party risk, compliance, AML, financial crime, or related functions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Comfort working with international partners and reviewing diligence materials across different jurisdictions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and risk indicators.
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills for managing multiple onboarding processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and sound judgment.
  • Familiarity with BSA/AML, KYC, KYB, and third-party risk management practices.
  • Experience in a fintech, brokerage, payments, or banking environment.
  • Understanding of operational resilience, cybersecurity, or data protection frameworks.
  • Experience using case management, GRC, CRM, or project tracking tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support due diligence reviews for new and existing partners, including fintech companies and financial institutions.
  • Communicate regularly with onboarding partners to manage requirements, timelines, and documentation.
  • Conduct third-party risk management processes including KYC, KYB, enhanced due diligence, and risk assessments.
  • Review partner documentation for completeness and potential risk indicators.
  • Track partner onboarding progress and ensure submission of required documentation ahead of deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, AML, Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure requirements are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of diligence reviews and approvals.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements in the onboarding workflow.
