Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, third-party risk, compliance, AML, financial crime, or related functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field.
- Comfort working with international partners and reviewing diligence materials across different jurisdictions.
- Strong critical thinking skills to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and risk indicators.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills for managing multiple onboarding processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and sound judgment.
- Familiarity with BSA/AML, KYC, KYB, and third-party risk management practices.
- Experience in a fintech, brokerage, payments, or banking environment.
- Understanding of operational resilience, cybersecurity, or data protection frameworks.
- Experience using case management, GRC, CRM, or project tracking tools.
Responsibilities
- Support due diligence reviews for new and existing partners, including fintech companies and financial institutions.
- Communicate regularly with onboarding partners to manage requirements, timelines, and documentation.
- Conduct third-party risk management processes including KYC, KYB, enhanced due diligence, and risk assessments.
- Review partner documentation for completeness and potential risk indicators.
- Track partner onboarding progress and ensure submission of required documentation ahead of deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, AML, Legal, Product, and Operations to ensure requirements are met.
- Maintain accurate records of diligence reviews and approvals.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to improvements in the onboarding workflow.
