Requirements
- 15+ years of experience shipping software products or services.
- Experience in roles such as Product Management, Program Management, Architect, Developer, QA, Release Manager, DevOps, Product Support, or Professional Services.
- Strong technical acumen and technical horsepower.
- Ability to work effectively in a self-directed remote or in-person capacity.
- Strong knowledge in at least one software delivery, management, or architecture discipline.
- Action-oriented personality with a drive to get things done.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges outside of initial comfort zone.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in and drive technical due diligence efforts on behalf of investment companies.
- Assess the capability of a software engineering organization and create a plan to improve the team.
- Design and implement solutions from scratch, such as Agile methodology transformations.
- Guide and mentor more junior software developers and other engineers.
- Collaborate with internal and client technical leads to deliver high-quality project results.
- Identify improvements for existing technology, organizations, processes, and tools.
