Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in IT project management within a consulting capacity.
- Proven track record managing technical implementation or enhancement projects.
- Expertise in project management methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office/365.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.
- Experience managing scope, budget, and change requests in client-facing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred: Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms or Microsoft technologies.
- Preferred: MBA.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage teams of SharePoint consultants and developers through the full delivery lifecycle.
- Execute project plans from kickoff to go-live, managing deliverables, financials, and schedules.
- Manage project scope, perform impact analysis on change requests, and secure client approvals.
- Monitor project progress, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, milestones, and risks clearly to all stakeholders.
- Review client invoices for accuracy and maintain high project profitability.
- Establish and refine project management methodologies and team workflows.
