Requirements
- Active Virginia professional license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW.
- Experience providing therapy to children, teens, and families.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote clinical setting.
- Committed to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice.
- Bilingual English/Spanish language skills (strongly preferred).
- Availability to work weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM).
- Availability to work weekends (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Carry a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week providing individual and family therapy.
- Conduct client intakes and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Support families through education and care coordination.
