Requirements
- Independently licensed in Texas (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in perinatal or menopausal health.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities (CBT, ACT, IPT) and trauma-informed care.
- Proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
- Commitment to a collaborative team model.
- Ability to maintain 29 hours of availability per week.
- Ability to work during standard business hours (8am-8pm) with at least 20% of appointments after 4pm.
- Multistate license is considered a plus.
- PMH-C certification is considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating reproductive journeys.
- Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model utilizing modalities including CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches.
- Create and maintain high-quality clinical documentation and treatment plans.
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultation and monthly team meetings.
- Collaborate with a clinical team in a feedback-rich environment.
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives.
