Requirements
- Independently licensed in North Carolina (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- North Carolina residency
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices
- Commitment to participating in a collaborative team model
- Interest in women's reproductive mental health
- Multi-state license is a plus
- PMH-C certification is a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating reproductive journeys
- Maintain a total calendar availability of 29 hours per week
- Complete approximately 20-21 patient sessions per week including at least 5 slots after 4pm
- Utilize evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultation and monthly team meetings
- Collaborate with the clinical team in a feedback-rich environment
- Contribute to company-wide initiatives
