Requirements
- Independently licensed in Virginia (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Psychologist).
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience.
- Strong grounding in evidence-based modalities and trauma-informed care.
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, EHRs, and telehealth best practices.
- Commitment to a collaborative team model.
- Passion for the company mission.
- Multi-state license is a plus.
- PMH-C certification is a plus.
- Preference given to candidates with at least two additional state licenses.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care through teletherapy for women navigating reproductive journeys.
- Complete approximately 20-21 patient sessions per week.
- Maintain availability for 29 hours per week, including at least 5 open slots after 4pm.
- Participate in individual and group clinical consultation and monthly team meetings.
- Deliver the Seven Starling Care Model using modalities like CBT, ACT, IPT, and attachment-based approaches.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
